			The Will Rogers Medallion Award is presented annually to select Cowboy Poetry books of outstanding excellence in content and design, volumes of enduring quality that preserve and celebrate the history and spirit of the West.




	Yvonne received the Will Rogers Medallion Award in 2003 for "Where Prairie Flowers Bloom". In 2006, Yvonne was awarded her second Will Rogers Medallion for "From My Window". *This sets Yvonne apart as the first author to win this prestigious award twice!*
